「This apartment is relatively new, centrally located, very secure, very clean, very well equipped, nicely furnished. There are three large flat screen tv's. There is a balcony. There is a gated parking garage. The host Colten is pretty much instantly responsive. Our stay could not have been better. Highly recommended.」

「Cowboys stadium is literally across the street! Totally awesome. Texas Live is a 10 minute walk. There is a Walmart behind stadium that has lots of inexpensive Cowboys gear. Way way better than staying in hotel. It's an awesome stay with full kitchen and is clean and updated inside. I definitely recommend.」

「Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and...
