「4 hours before check-in and the host had still not communicated how to check in. So I messaged them. They informed me that there was a problem and the place was not available. Then they attempted to move me to another property nearly in Dallas. Nope that doesn't work. So 3 hours before I needed to be in a room I am scrambling to find anything that is still available on a TCU move-in weekend. Finally found something but it was 5X as expensive.」

「Property is in a good location. Unit could use a good thorough cleaning due to pet hair all over. We wanted to launder bed linens due to the pet hair and stains. However, after running the sheets through the washing machine, we discovered that the dryer was not functioning properly and would not fully dry the linens. This was a complaint from a previous review that has not been addressed. We searched for replacement sheets in the closets, but many were either twin-sized or had a sour odor,...
