We really were impressed that the room had a separate kitchen/bar area, sitting room and bedroom. Plus a nice bathroom. All was updated. I was there with my two daughters. It was a nice surprise we got such a nice room at such a great price. 」

「I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. 」
