"I really like this hotel because the beach is within walking distance, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast at Caretta Caretta is very good. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 ⭐️ is because the AC in my room was not working properly. I stayed this past weekend when the temperatures were extremely hot, and my room actually felt hotter than outside. Strangely enough, the lobby was nice and cold. I contacted the hotel about the issue, but I still haven’t received a response. I’m already back in New York, so unfortunately, the issue was never resolved during my stay. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and its location, but the AC situation definitely affected my experience."

"3 month stay in 2 bedroom suite which was spacious well equipped and very clean. Housekeeping mgmt, Trina and Unari, were exceptional! Never a hesitation for any request. Majority of staff were extremely friendly kind and ready to assist. We did not utilize amenities that were already included in room price, yet we were charged a $10.00/day resort fee for same amenities, and staff could not explain management decision for charge. WiFi and cable were a little unstable, but staff was quick to assess issue and get it back up. FYI for 4 legged guest, Jaycee Park is a 2 minute walk with small and large enclosed dog parks. This was great for our pups to get out and stretch their legs without restriction of leash."

"What sold me staying at this location was the shuttle service; Your shuttle service by Gerry, Eric and the front desk lady Ms.Zapata were the best, as soon as I walked in, she even knew my name, perhaps it was my late arrival. The hotel is walking distance to a CVS, across the street there is a nice supermarket, coffee shops, this is a very nice area. Complimentary coffee was ok, but the coffee machine in the convenient store at the lobby was better. The pool and the exercise room were very nice. Quiet lobby and hallway on the sixth floor, the room was clean i just wished a bit more modern. It was a great experience overall. Thank you"

"Room was nice. Could have used more towels. It smelled really nice. The doors slam shut and we had some really loud neighbors going in and out into the early morning. It was really chill and enjoyable."

"This is a great hotel for staying in Delray. Just a short walk to Atlantic Avenue. I think they need more shuttle buses to the beach but we got our exercise and walked. You get beach chairs and umbrella included, which is awesome. They are constructing a new pool restaurant and bar. So it won’t be finished for a while. The pool got crowded but it’s a fun atmosphere. The room we had was excellent!"
