「We were a group of 4 adults who traveled to Florida for a weekend event with a full itinerary. We needed the home to shower, get ready, and sleep. We checked-in late Friday night (11:30pm) after a long day of traveling and attending an evening event. To our dismay, we were unable to shower Friday night due to the property having no hot water. 「Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food...
