I booked a package deal on Expedia and was worried when I saw the reviews. So I called the front desk and spoke to Moya the manager. She was awesome. Asked if we had any special requests. I told her we drink alot of coffee. She made sure we had a coffee maker in the room. She reassured me that all the rooms were renovated. True to her word the room was brand new. Kinda like a new car rental. It was great. The pool was clean and refreshing and we loved using the cabana. The best part was the price . What a deal.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very clean, updated. It is an old Florida hotel that has been renovated. It has an old Florida ombiance. The room was not stocked very well: only 1 face cloth, shampoo , conditioner & body wash were travel sizes and not full, no cups. The room was small w/1 queen bed. We enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen had a microwave and a rather noisy refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. First room had no wifi discovered after unpacking. Bathroom was newly renovated but had the slipperiest floor i ever encountered in a hotel. No shelves in shower required throwing soap, shampoo on floor in order to wash. No towel bars in bathroom requiring using toilet as a table. Construction (not hotels fault) ran from 6-8 so a bit noisy.

The room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable, price was amazing and just what I needed. Fresh coffee was very good too. Not sure why they advertise a breakfast room, and it seemed stocked when I was there, but it was closed and the lobby desk clerk didn't know when it would be opened. We would definitely book again if rates remain about the same.

There were no wash cloths in our room and only 1 hand towel. No tissues.. When i asked for wash cloths the first day I was told they didnt have any!! Never have I stayed anywhere that fid not have wash cloths. Plus they did not put a second set of shampoo or conditioner in our room when they cleaned. There was no hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang a towel or pajamas. And only 1 wastebasket in the entire space. The staff was nice.

All of us in our group of 8 were so happy to be treated so kindly. The managers took every step to accommodate some of our members with disabilities, even calling in advance to make sure everything would be fine. We didn't expect them to jump through hoops for us, but they did! They went beyond any call of duty to ensure everyone would be well taken care of and have a good night's rest!

Needs more improvement. We understand it is newly renovated. However ,floor was slippery, staff not so friendly. Toilet was clogged first time using it. We are in 2nd floor. We were moved to 3rd floor thats fine but when we enter the room it has very strong smelled Javex and lysol all chemicals. Its really disappointing for the first time visitor on that area.

Staff were very very kind. Bathroom door did not close all the way, water from shower splashed outside, will create a major problem in the future. And we rented the room to get some rest, but that garbage truck just makes you jump out of bed with all the noise when dumping the trash. Room cozy, clean and well decorated.
