"They promised me a room on the ground floor and gave me a condo on the third floor. You might as well say the forth floor because you go down stairs and then go back up 3 flights of stairs. Also they promised a condo closed to activity center and pool and it was over a mile away from there. "

"The Ozarker has made the most out of their property. Even with the smaller, motel-sized rooms and the temps too cold most days to take advantage of the pool, our family of five did great. The bunks-above-queen beds combo worked well with no creaking. The lobby/bar area is not sterile like most hotel lobbies - it has an amazing, welcoming vibe with plenty of family-friendly games and activities. Between that space and the beautiful creek area in the back, our family had no problem enjoying our downtime between outings. Breakfast was great - there was a warm option and overnight oats every day, alongside standard cold options. We’ll be staying here again next time we visit Branson!"

"We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom and it was beautiful. We loved having a washer and driver and eating in the fully stocked kitchen saved time, money and was convenient. My son loved the fitness center and Starbucks that was in walking distance. The elevator was conveniently located. There was a beautiful view and the patio was nice. The beds were very comfortable and there were 3 tv’s and 2 full baths."

"This condo was absolutely wonderful! Spacious, modernized and clean. It was exactly what we wanted for our little family getaway. The location is great because it’s quiet and it’s not far from the strip. The check-in process was easy and the communication between us and the owners was great! We will definitely be staying here again! "
