"We were in one of the Inns on the lower level and it sounded like there were elephants dancing upstairs and the people were just walking. The walls are very thin at this place. I have never stayed anywhere where you hear everything going on around you like this place. "

"The young lady checking us in was distracted by other employees! Directions she gave us was not clear. Our room was not ready at 4:00. We were told we would get a text, however, never received a text. We called and asked about our keys and if the room was done. The young man told us our room was ready and we asked about keys. He said to come back to the office to pick up the keys. Very chaotic."

"Beautiful old hotel, but could use some refreshing; not that anything was tattered looking, but definitely dated. Staff was wonderful, especially Ben. Slightly disappointed when housekeeping overlooked our room one day, after a few different requests. Also disappointed that the bar and restaurant hours were very limited at this time of the year. The location was great and the views were stunning! Overall I would recommend this hotel!"
