"It was nice to be off of the strip but close to everything. The pool was nice and it was a surprise to figure out it was a salt water pool! Everything was clean and all of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and inviting! Breakfast was constantly being refilled and it was nice to have hot food and a few cold item choices! "
"We were so excited to finally be staying here and checking it out. With the weather still not be warm enough to swim outside, we were excited for the kids to have a fun indoor one to enjoy. However, the water was freezing, which wasn’t enjoyable with the temps outside being in the low 30s. There were 2 decent size hot tubs but those were over taken with kids swimming in them. It tried snowing one of the days, so we decided to eat at the pizza buffet on site. Way overpriced and beyond underwhelming pizza. Most had sat out way past their time and were rock hard. And the dining area was dirty and only a section was open to sit. Indoor putt putt was decent but for the price, should have included both courses. It was just overall very disappointing for the hype this place receives. Parking is also a nightmare. Will go back to enjoying our nice roadside hotels with a free breakfast. Absolutely nothing at this place is free besides the poolside towels. "
Chateau On The Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center
6/10 Okay
"The room was beautiful, actually the whole facility was beautiful but someone broke the key to the movie room was the movie was not available, the whirlpool part of the hot tub half of the jets weren’t working. "
"I will be staying here again when we go back to Branson. Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable, and I was impressed that housekeeping came in every day to make the bed and gave us fresh towels and washcloths.( we stayed 3 nights) Honestly, I can't remember staying in a hotel since COVID that provided that service. It definitely was appreciated. The breakfast was the usual with a variety of food including warm choices. We really enjoyed the complimentary ice cream, cobbler and cookies provided by the motel.Great place to stay!!!(and I'm extremely picky.)"
"3 hours late to getting our room ready, threw off our schedule by quite a bit, jacuzzi dirty, strong weed smells, amenities available but all close pretty early and disclaimers that they might close early if they feel like, tvs aren't modern, no streaming. Probably better suited for families with young ones who plan on not being in the hotel long and turn in early."
