"Close to everything, just not real clean and they never made up the room, so we ran out of clean towels the first day. In room coffee gave us one cup for two adults, and never brought any more. The reviews were so good, but to be honest I’d give it just “ok”"
"We absolutely love staying here. We stay in the traditional queen guest rooms. It is always clean and well stocked with friendly staff and lots of activities on site. We also like the Starbucks and the little general store they have there. The price for these rooms is unbeatable in Branson. It's also gated so you feel a little more secure. There's a safe in each room as well as a coffee pot, ice container, microwave and mini fridge, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board."
"The Ozarker has made the most out of their property. Even with the smaller, motel-sized rooms and the temps too cold most days to take advantage of the pool, our family of five did great. The bunks-above-queen beds combo worked well with no creaking. The lobby/bar area is not sterile like most hotel lobbies - it has an amazing, welcoming vibe with plenty of family-friendly games and activities. Between that space and the beautiful creek area in the back, our family had no problem enjoying our downtime between outings. Breakfast was great - there was a warm option and overnight oats every day, alongside standard cold options.
We’ll be staying here again next time we visit Branson!"
"“It was probably the best one we have ever stayed in” - my 7 year old son
We really enjoyed this location. It had plenty of activities and everything was very clean. Close to most attractions. The restaurant was not open but we will just have to come back in the summer to enjoy that and the outdoor pools. "
"The young lady checking us in was distracted by other employees! Directions she gave us was not clear. Our room was not ready at 4:00. We were told we would get a text, however, never received a text. We called and asked about our keys and if the room was done. The young man told us our room was ready and we asked about keys. He said to come back to the office to pick up the keys. Very chaotic."
