「I liked how big the rooms were but didn’t like that the outdoor pool was being remodeled and this wasn’t disclosed to us before coming. Our room was a little outdated but they are in the process of remodeling all the rooms and updating, so eventually it will be amazing.」

「The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip.」

「Four of us came for some retail therapy & Branson did not disappoint! We had a great time! Our checkin was quick, customer service was great! Only problem with the room, had minimal counter space in the master bathroom. Will stay here, again.」

「The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. Also the door to the bedroom stuck you had to slam it to get it closed. Also from some reason during the night my husband...

「Where do I even begin. It was my first time in Branson and will definitely not be my last!!! Grotto brought luxury to a whole new level. We needed a private, relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what staying at Grotto was. Everything about Grotto was excellent. We are aleady looking to book our next weekend here. 「We had a great time! Enjoyed everything being easy to access. My kids loved the pools and the kayaks. Food options on site are excellent! We ate El Jefe’s twice. Their salsa and guacamole are the best I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed the pizza place twice too! Our room was very spacious and clean (other than a few stains on the carpet). The rooms had everything we needed to enjoy the stay, we just added groceries! My only complaint is that our Wi-Fi signal was not great but we were in the furthest...
