Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located location in Weaverville, California. This condo is perfectly situated in the Trinity Alps on the edge of the golf course with an incredible view, and as an outside unit, easy access for R.V.s and trailers. This end unit has two comfy queen bedrooms and one master suite with a California king and a private bathroom. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace and enjoy a favorite book or tv series, take a hike on one of the many local trails, fish the Trinity River, take a stroll down historic Main Street in Weaverville, or enjoy a round of golf while surrounded by mountain views of the Trinity Alps and local wildlife. Chill out and stay in, taking advantage of the charcoal grill on the patio, or walk to the Golf Course restaurant for dinner and drinks!
