The outlet next to the sink didn't work, the TV remote was broken, very noisy bathroom fan, and a number of other small things related to an older building that has not been properly kept up to date. The staff was helpful with some extra towels and the bathroom seemed clean. "

But everything went smoothly and every employee I dealt with was cheerful and helpful. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was quite good with three different hot choices each day. It seems to me that those options can be depleted pretty easily however, depending on the size of the breakfast crowd. If it is busy, its difficult for the staff to keep the food...
