「Lots of broken fixtures in the room an bathroom. Mold in the bathroom Shower at pool did not work. Dogs barking in room next to ours late into the night. Probably because loud people at the pool past midnight We left a day early and were told we would receive a credit on our bill. Has not happened yet.」

「I had booked 2 normal rooms with King bed, but I was assigned both "Accessible" rooms that was never requested for. Secondly, the room had such a bad odor when we checked in. The odor was only half gone after running the AC an entire night. The website mentioned Parking is Included in my booking, but I was charged 12$ for self parking. The staff sounded pretty frustrated to answer question about additional charges that was not mentioned in the website. Otherwise the room was clean and...

「It was an odd experience. We were to have 2 nights . The confirmation came back 1 night. Only available I paid insurance but could not cancel the room because I would have lost my money . I had to do a second night through Hampton Inn separately. After we got there the person at the desk helped us get a second night in the same room . My daughter and I were there for a funeral . No time to change rooms as it was at 10 in the morning」

「A/C in room didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work, shower had no water pressure, system was down and had to wait 3 hrs to check in, gave me a key to a room with manual process, walked in on couple in occupied room. Staff called manager, she was a no show」

「サバンナへの飛行機が遅れ、夜中のチェックイン、かつ、ミスでルームキーを部屋に置き忘れたりしたが気持ちよく対応してくれたり、 また、フロントのインドの方々が、円滑にタクシー手配等してくれたりで、快適でした。 さらに、ホテル敷地内にあるレストランが夜中の３時まで営業していて、１時過ぎに軽食、かつナイトキャップのビールが、お店の女性の軽快な対応にて、楽しめました。 有難う御座いました！」

「i’ve always wanted to stay a night here…it looked fun, so i tried it and it didn’t disappoint. staff for night time AND daytime were great. if you’re looking for a 5 star…this ain’t it. but definitely a pretty cool place to stay.」
