Booked the hotel on my way to Florida after mid night and didn’t get there till 3am really tired with 2 kids and wife. I request an extra hour if we could sleep I was told not check out 11 am and let me remind you I paid a lot for just 7 hours of sleep. By 9:30 am our key cards stopped working. What is this? Never again sleep in your cars travelers but don’t book this

I don't understand the precheck in. When I arrived, they required everything anyway. Staff was polite. i was asked if a second floor room was ok. I said yes and was told "good, there is nothing left on the first floor." Then I find out there is no elevator.
