「まるでアパートの一室を借りたようなホテルでした。キッチンも非常に使い勝手がよく冷蔵庫も大きいので近くのスーパーで買い物をした食材を全て入れることができました。また場所も大変便利で観光、夜遊びともに徒歩圏内。近くに美味しいハンバーガーのお店や遅くまで開いているお酒を売るお店もあって大変便利でしかも安全でした。 」

「洗濯機があれば最高でしたが、近くにコインランドリーがあるので中期滞在でも大丈夫！ 静かに過ごすことが出来る宿でした。 次回も利用したいです。」

「部屋は、広く綺麗。 お風呂も脚を伸ばしてもととかないくらい大きい。(部屋によっては、バスタブがない部屋もあるらしい) キッチンがあり、子供の食べ物に困りませんでした。 テレビ塔などからの観光地も近く、午前中に観光をして、お昼寝してから、また観光などができ、立地条件もかなり良かったです。 ランドリールームがあり、洗剤を用意すれば、無理で乾燥機まで使える。 チェックインが、時間外にしたので、不安だったが、パスポート写真と、クレジット番号をお知らせしとけば、チェックイン日に部屋番号と、暗証番号がメールに送られてきて、大丈夫でした。」

「For the purpose of my trip to Berlin the apartment fitted perfectly. I needed a place on that area and I wasn’t going to stay at home or cook there. It was practical, the check in was easy and the apartment had all the appliances we needed. The lack of a couch and the tiny bathroom were the downside of the apartment. It’s a bit dark and we need to do a deposit before the arrival. But the communication with the owner was very easy and fluid.」

「I was in Berlin for 6 nights with a few college friends. The location is conveniently accessible to the tram and S-Bahn stations and is super cleanly. I had a great line of communication with the hosts as well. Highly recommend.」

「Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffee und Gewürze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig und es sind nur wenige Schritte zur Rummelsburger Bucht. Straßen- und S-Bahn ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Besonders gut hat uns das Ausgehviertel Nähe Ostkreuz gefallen, dass fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.
