"First time trying this hotel having stayed at the Adlon, Hilton Gendarmenmarkt and the Pierre. We lived in Berlin for a few years n the 90s and get back to visit now and then. Didn’t know what to expect but Expedia had a special offer going. The hotel exceeded my expectations. We were given an upgrade to a larger, quieter room upon check-in by s friendly and welcome staff member. The property was lovely, rooms nicely appointed, and the included breakfast buffet was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel location was perfect, walkable to many locations and public transport. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only criticism was how warm the room was, they don't have proper air-con so very limited in trying to cool the room down - if we were staying in the summer this would have been a real issue."

"Cant fault this hotel. Every aspect of it was excellent and most esp the staff were amazing. All helpful and attentive… special mention to Mira on the check in desk, Tanja on the customer service and to the best waiter Antonio. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. Location is perfect. Breakfast was outstanding. Will be back. First time to use this hotel chain but it was a perfect decision. Love it so much."

"The hotel was very clean and modern. The reception staff when we arrived were efficient but not especially welcoming. The room had very comfortable beds, was clean and tidy, but the lighting in the room was terrible - very dark. The pool is very small but pleasant, but the changing facilities in the spa were very cramped. The location of the hotel is excellent - very central and walking distance of most of the major sights. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast - fantastic selection on the buffet each morning which was all delicious, and good coffee. The only let down was one morning we came down they couldn’t find us a table because they were catering for a conference party and put us in the atrium public seating area away from the restaurant and expected us to walk back and forth up and down steps with our selection from the buffet which was not ideal because the hotel was so crowded. We had one evening meal on the first night which was tasty but small menu, small portions and overpriced compared to other local restaurants. The cocktails were good but again pricey. Overall a great first trip to Berlin thank you."
