The staff in every section could not have been better. The reception staff were friendly and knew exactly what was required. They were even very embarrassed by a slight IT glitch on arrival. The serving and bar staff were excellent too. They were attentive and helpful at every level as well as being extremely polite and friendly.

What a GREAT hotel. We walked so much over our stay because the location is great. The breakfast choices at the buffet were fantastic, and the staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We book a big room which is comfortable. The only issue we encountered is the housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am one day for cleaning which is way too early. Another instance is that she knocked on the door & then opened it around 3pm, probably thinking we were not in the room. We found this part a little strange.
