"Limited breakfast selections. Wished there had been some protein choices for people watching what they were eating. The staff was very nice and the bathroom was recently remodeled and nice and clean. Our car was parked right outside our door and area felt safe. This location is very close to the ARK Encounter, but there aren’t many places to eat at. You’d need to drive into Dry Ridge to find other places. However the food at the Mexican restaurant right next door was very good."

"The staff and experience was incredible. We had a room with smoking (already some expectations there I know) . The only complaint was the comforter we had had multiple HUGE burn holes in it and looks like it had for a while. I knows it’s a smoking room but come on…. Other than that everything was pretty good. "

"Our room bed linen had stains, our face/body towels were heavily stained. Surfaces were dirty. Our hall (4th) smelled bad everyday. Seems like truck drivers & construction workers pay to park here. The parking lot literally had no parking & we stayed for 3 days & really didn’t see any people go in & out of the rooms & hotel! There was 1 elevator & no one was ever in there with us. Like a zombie hotel :("

"We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on their travels. We are pretty tolerant on our travels and have never walked into a room like this. "
