「The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. 「Second time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as you’re close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. Before that, parking was not available. Overall an excellent, room, hotel, and location. 」
「I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. 」
「Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, easily adjustable temperature, friendly staff, and delicious dinner and takeaway morning coffee will have us booking this hotel again if we're ever in the area. Easy in- and- out adjacent parking (no waiting and tipping a valet!) was a bonus. Although Cincy definitely has some rough spots we felt very safe at this hotel in a walkable area. 」
