「This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Lots of space to spread out. The owners take pride in this place and definitely pay attention to detail. The extra things that they did ahead of time to prepare for our stay made us feel so welcome. It was like finding little treasures everywhere we went. Would highly recommend! It was clean and well maintained, decorated very nicely. 」

「We loved our stay! Our pup had the best time and the kids loves the rustic cabin. It was cold but we knew that going into it and were dressed accordingly. The heater kept it warm with the door shut. Our dog was very happy while we were at the Ark for the day. The host is wonderful and vet accommodating. He made sure the heater and the lights were on since we arrived in the dark. Super cute property we would love to return!」

The cabin is clean and cozy, and the upgrade of the bathroom area (from porta potties to a real bathroom with a toilet and sink) was an awesome surprise. 「This cabin has a mountain feel with the trees and surrounding area, but the view over the river is spectacular. Drinking coffee from the deck and watching barges float by with all the nature you could ask for. We were blessed to be greated by a baby fawn at the foot of the stairs. The only thing I would change is to reduce the number of "plug-ins" as the scent was a little overpowering.
