「Front desk lady was rude when I arrived, the room wasn’t ready so I had to come back in an hour. When I came back the small lobby was packed and the 2 front desk employees took forever to check people in. The lobby isn’t welcoming and the building is older. The floor I was on smelled strongly of cleaner. The room itself was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again.」

「This is a new hotel. Great location within walking distance to The Newport on the Levee community. Lots of food options in the area.
Hot Breakfast each day. 2 restaurants. The lobby bar/grill has a sweet happy hour. DO take advantage! The rooftop bar is awesome and huge. Enough space/seating for everyone. Room was clean. Stove top and Full size fridge. Utensils/pots/pans/plates etc. Close to bus stop. Had a great time. Would definitely return」

「The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!」
