「Location was perfect, all the staff were very helpful, and the continental breakfast was super. I love how they had 2 ladies helping with waffle making, recommendations and cleanup during the breakfast. The location was within walking distance to many local attraction’s.」

「Everything about our stay was accommodating. The staff were very helpful and it was exactly as expected. There was a stain on the sheets, but they were obviously clean. There was bed bug covers in the bed which gave me peace of mind. The breakfast buffet was clean and fully stocked at all times. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Good breakfast. TV and service bad. Customer service lacking.」

「A nice roomy space in a convenient location.」

「While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.」

「Such a cute place! Was perfect for our mother/daughter overnight stay. The bathroom was gorgeous. The only MINOR thing was being able to hear others upstairs through the vents in the bathroom, but again so minor!」

「Very clean and everything you need, it’s a great use of space. The shower head was broken and squirted everywhere and this was the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. Once they have it fixed it will be perfect. The bed is nice & firm and had quality pillows and a box fan for noise. Very conveniently located to the stadium and restaurants. I recommend Locke for coffee in the morning- quality stuff! We’d stay here again.」

「Everything was great! This was our third visit. We will be back.」

「This property was in an ideal location for us as it was within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati. The downtown Newport area right outside the loft also has a nice variety of food and shopping options. The loft itself was clean, comfortable, and the area was quiet at night. We would stay here again.」

「Perfect for an overnight stay! Such a charming little place & the host was top notch!!!」

「Lots of steps. Better suited for young adults. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping.」

「Great place to stay while in Cincinnati」

「This spot is a gem! It’s in the perfect location, it’s a great size with great amenities. It was a welcome “home base” for a trip to Newport! And the hosts were so communicative and shared so many great tips and local insights for our stay. Will definitely book here again for our next trip!」

「First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...
