「Loved our stay!」

「Walking distance to Great American Ball Park. Its facility is a little bit old though, well maintained.」

「Thanks 」

「Nice hotel in a central location. Parking (valet) is $50/day with in and out privileges. On the day I left, instead of pulling into one of the spaces open at the curb, the valet opted instead to throw on my car’s hazards in the middle of 4th Street, backing up traffic. When people on the sidewalk (including me) started yelling, he jumped back in and managed to put it in park, still blocking the street but at...

「Northan Kentucky convention center

「Beautiful hotel with quick and easy check-in.」

「The hotel itself was great, and I love the museum theme. The room was comfortable, modern. and really nice. The weak spot was the staff. Everything from a front deck staff that seemed more interested in their computers than helping us, and valets who took 20-30 minutes to get our car. The biggest pain isn't the fault of the hotel but while they are a pet-friendly hotel, there isn't a single plot of grass anywhere within 10 blocks of the hotel. The staff was well aware telling us "there is no...

「Stayed there for a week. The tv was old, limited tv channels. I wished it was better communication about them not being able to provide a microwave in the room. I wasn’t told or updated about anything till I asked when I checked my room and there wasn’t any. Also one of the elevator broke that day. Used the elevator in the dark. Creepy. But my room card kept on not working. But that’s okay. Staff was helpful. Also the phone in the room didn’t work? They didn’t have a do not disturb sign in my...
