"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Louisville while attending a conference, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and event venues. What truly stood out, though, was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and welcoming, but I want to especially highlight Kristy at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me with changes to my reservation, handled everything with kindness and professionalism, and made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. Her genuine care and positive energy set the tone for the rest of my stay. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the conference facilities were well-organized and comfortable — a perfect fit for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Louisville to anyone visiting the area. The combination of a prime location, beautiful environment, and outstanding staff (especially Kristy!) made my stay truly memorable."

Only downside is that it was after dark and we had someone lean into our car window while we were in line, asking for money. But we understand the hotel is downtown.
