The 19th at Norton Commons is a 3-bedroom, second-floor apartment in Prospect, Kentucky. All three bedrooms have king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. An additional bunk room sleeps two more, for a total of 8 guests.

Studio Fore Golf, a private indoor golf club with two TrackMan simulators and a lounge, occupies the ground floor of the same building. Guests may reserve it for an additional fee, subject to availability — about $500 for four hours on one bay, $900 for both. Just ask and we'll set it up.

Please note: the golf simulator is audible within the apartment and operates until 11 PM. White-noise machines are provided in every bedroom, along with earplugs. If you need total silence to sleep, this isn't your place.

Outside there is a private fenced ground-level courtyard with a hot tub and gas grill, plus a balcony off the kitchen with seating.

THE SPACE
Suite 1 is 14x15'6" with a 6x20 bath: double vanity, separate tub and shower. Suite 2 is 13x15'6". Suite 3 is 12x12. Every suite has its own full bath and a door that locks — no morning queue. A bunk room sleeps two more. The main floor is one open great room — living 16x20, kitchen 11x15 with a gas range — plus laundry in the unit and a 7x7 balcony off the kitchen for morning coffee. All on one level. Sleeps 8 across 2,300 sq ft.

The whole second floor is yours — private entrance, fenced courtyard with the hot tub and gas grill, balcony, and a two-car garage. We're on a corner, so there's easy street parking for however many cars you turn up with. No shared space, no host on site. Self check-in by smart lock. We're a text away all stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Norton Commons is a walkable traditional neighborhood with over 100 businesses, and the North Village is the good part. Old School N.Y. Pizza is directly across the street. Gustavo's is a two-minute walk — three floors of Mexican dinner plus a tequila and bourbon lounge. Also close: Watch Hill Proper (bourbon bar, 1,500+ bottles), Crust & Crumb bakery, Quills Coffee, Con Huevos, Barry Bagels, Waldo's Chicken, Gelato Gilberto, The Chef's Table, plus a YMCA, boutiques, a spa, and a grocery.

GETTING AROUND
Park in the garage and leave the car most of the weekend — the restaurants and bars are a walk away, and the pizza place is across the street. For Louisville proper you'll drive: about 20 minutes to downtown, 25-30 to Churchill Downs and Louisville Muhammad Ali International (SDF), longer on Derby weekend. Kentucky Bourbon Trail distilleries run 25 minutes to about an hour.

GOOD TO KNOW
The apartment is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs — no elevator. Everything is on a single level once you're up, and the courtyard and hot tub are at ground level, reachable without stairs. No pets. No smoking anywhere, including the courtyard and balcony. No parties or events — this applies to the Studio Fore space as well. Quiet hours 10 PM-8 AM; the hot tub closes at 10 PM. Minimum age to book: 25. Registered guests only.
