"The hotel was under construction, and I had already paid before the hotel let me know that. You would think that they would give you a rebate. Also, the gym was under construction, and they did not offer an alternative. I have been staying at Embassy Suites for years, and since COVID they have been steadily going down hill, but this was the last straw, I will never stay at Embassy suites again. "

"PROS: Convenient location - kind staff members - comfortable bed CONS: If I had been a woman travelling alone, I would not have felt safe/secure. Property is in TERRIBLE CONDITION; My room had a door with a DAMAGED SECURITY LOCK, a bathroom with badly discolored fixtures and commode, and a mirror over the sink which was NOT ATTACHED TO THE WALL. The police were called and FOUR SQUAD CARS responded to a disturbance a few doors from my room. FINAL THOUGHT: I have stayed at several Motel 6 locations over the past several years and this is BY FAR the worst. I credit the staff with being unfailingly kind. They are not to blame for the problems at this Motel 6."
