「I did not get to stay there the ninth when I booked the room I put in the ninth, which was actually the eighth that I wanted to go there I called within less than 30 minutes to change it to 8 August and Expedia would not change the date to the eighth. They said it was no refund. I thought that was awful that they do that I will not use the app again for hotels. I will call the hotels directly the hotel was fine. The experience that I had with Expedia was awful. Had to pay for two nights.」

Negatives: pool closed, vending not working, facility condition and cleanliness need improved.」
「I felt they could have come in and made the beds for our 2nd night . Left fresh towels. Our dog was with us as we were visiting family. Very disappointed to come back to unmade beds & no fresh towels」
「The breakfast was above most other hotels. Clean and comfortable. The room temperature was easy to maintain and staff was helpful. I was surprised there was no hot tub in the pool area. I would have liked that. 」
