My husband had to clean the shower, toilet and bathroom floor when we arrived. The shower curtain was too short so the bathroom floor flooded every time we showered. The curved shower curtain rod looked like it was going to fall down. We were given no wash cloths, but we had brought our own because when we had stayed there last time we were given 1 wash cloth. This time we went out and alsopurchased 4 bath towels. The pool was down for repairs. We didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment either way. The AC was great and room was cool, but the room smelled of mildew. We sprayed air freshener which helped but didn't solve the problem. They were nice and lent me a blow dryer since there wasn't one in our room. No kleenex either so I bought that too. We probably won't stay there again.

I was very thankful that this hotel offered a Bible in my room placed by the Gideons... which meant in the front of the Bible it had useful information on how to use the Bible. Thank you.

We have stayed in worse but we have never had to go to the desk and ask for toilet paper. Motion sensor light came on while sleeping.

Under different circumstances i would have lost my money and left. The room smelled horrible, we couldn't lock the dead bolt because it wasn't cut out of the door frame.

Not only did we have to ring the bell 4-5 times before somebody showed up to check us in, the pool was out of service and the room looked nothing like the pictures online. The door in our bathroom was broken in such a way that when you shut it, it would not reopen without significant force, causing my children to panic because they thought they were trapped in the bathroom. The 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the room (that’s all there was), were all damp, requiring me to go to the front desk to get replacements. The bathtub was filthy and had no shower curtain. The door on the TV stand was broken and there was no iron, ironing board or hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was also inadequate. I decided to eat at a restaurant instead but my daughter ventured to try the fruit loops and said they were stale. We had booked two nights but checked out after one and the hotel refused to refund us for our unused night because the booking was nonrefundable. I disagree with this determination because the booking was made based on the pictures on hotels.com. Had the establishment looked like the advertised pictures, I would’ve been happy to stay the second night.

The room at first appeared clean, but upon waking into the bathroom there was mildew along the cualking of the shower, hair in the jetted tub, paint droplets in the jetted tub, no trash bags in the trash cans. There was only one wash cloth which had a brown stain on it. Bed was very uncomfortable, as if three mattresses needs replaced.

Pool was closed so was the gym the grounds weren’t kept up with bathroom wasn’t very clean there were dead and live bugs and it smelt funny wouldn’t recommend unless some serious updates and cleaning was done

I left at 4 am because i found 3 roaches in the bathroom. The property manager refuses to call me back, answer me, and they are also ignoring Expedia about my refund.

Furniture had stains. Shower curtain rod was splattered with paint. TV screen ratio was small. Couldn't get it to enlarge. Had to ask for face towels. But the room was clean. Sleap good. It was cheaper to stay here.
