「The check-in process was excellent, the room was clean. The TV signal kept dropping out and the shower was a little old but my biggest issue was the noise, especially between 10.30 and 2am in the morning. There were young children in the hotel running around and the room they were staying must have been above where I was staying as the thumping and noise went on until 2am. However, the lack of customer service and basic amenities was disappointing. TV did not work without staff resetting it. Sheets were clean but had red stains. 「When I rent a room specifically to use the pool when the pool is “Closed for Maintenance” is disappointing. When I find out it’s because the pool has no heat, that’s even more disappointing. Just poor maintenance. Don’t worry, it’s nothing Super 8 couldn’t take care of.」
