"Good hotel, nice pool, great location. Bed was awful, and room AC vent was very loud, hard to sleep."

"No one informed us the pool was closed thru out the entire experience. From booking to check in. There was no information in the rooms providing information on the hours of anything the hotel provided. Not everyone is going to know where to find that information. We wouldnt have booked the room if wed have known the pool was closed. We basically wasted our one night stay 9 hours away. We feel cheated as expedia didnt inform anyone the pool was closed and cancelations arent an option. Even still we should have been informed at check in. Cancelations should be an option when the basic amenities of a Hotel are not provided. Our one time reno trip was wasted as the pool was the sole reason we booked with GSR. "

"Hotel/casino is very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows. Clean bathroom. They have laundry facilities, which we did not use. Ice machine on all floors. The parking area does fill up quick because of the casino. They should really have a designated parking area for hotel tenants. There is a marina behind the hotel that was a walking trail. I saw people fishing there too. There are also plenty of places to eat around the hotel/casino. "

"The staff was great, location is ideal. Even the mattress n pillows were damn near perfect! I would stay again. Reno is certainly the old timey feel n this resort holds true to it. "

"The staff was very friendly. The hotel is older and couod use a little freshening up, but we just needed one night and a place that was pet friendly. That they were and provided a dog bed and some treats which was very thoughtful. "
