Well located at southern end of mid-town. , approx. 1.5 miles south of downtown Reno. Only negative was tight parking situation on the street in late afternoon and evening. I saw parking for tenants in alley, yet wasn't comfortable using as each stall was posted for two units, which were not mine and a warning of towing for unauthorized...

"Clean room"

"Staff was helpful, overall the room was clean. Carpets in hallways, and in room can use a little freshening up. The A/c was pretty loud, so we slept with it off. The door lock/hinge to our room kept malfunctioning. Would not allow to close door properly at times. The mini fridge was broken, so would not cool at all. Luckily they had an ice maker on the 1st floor, We added ice to our backpack cooler to keep our snacks/drinks cool. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, etc."

"Very comfortable, clean room well supplied with towels. The only drawback to my stay was the elevator system took me over 20 minutes to get downstairs for my dinner reservations which I thought I would miss because of the elevator issues. It took me a half an hour to get down the elevator a security guard had to come and let us go down an alternate elevator, very inconvenient and disappointing elevator system. Everything else was great when you could get to it."

"We arrived later than expected, however by using the kiosk to check-in, our arrival was smooth. Once in our room, which was clean and well stocked, we were able to freshen up and go out for a bit. The room was clean and comfortable, the complimentary amenities were of good quality, and we had a restful sleep. We definitely recommend this property and hope to patron the Silver Legacy again soon"

"The hotel just needs to give some details to the small things that need to be fixed & they would get higher ratings. I have stayed here three times in 4 weeks. One room the towel rack wasn't attached to the wall on the bottom, the screws were there but they don't stay in the drywall, and the carpet & desk chair was strained. In another room the heater smelled like dust when it ran & there was no sink drain plug, which meant if I dropped something it was gone. It is hit and miss what kind of a room you will end up in."
