Comfortable stay for the price
"On the road salesman looking for reasonably priced accomodations. This might not be a 5 star resort....but I did not want to pay 5 star resort pricing either. Great place to stay to lay your head and enjoy a nice view of the valley to the east."

I found out from a long time local that the Mark Twain museum is phony, the original location of his office is now Grandma's Fudge Factory. History should never be phony or embellished. LUCKILY the museum was closed so i couldn't waste my money.

So fun. Saw wild horses! Had lunch at the palace! Shared a garbage truck burger. It was amazing! We experienced the new Escape Room which was awesome. Great town.

Virginia city still has a lot of history despite being turned into a tourist town. The locals are all friendly and charming. The town does shut down at night with the exception of a couple of bars so be prepared

I loved the main strip. It felt like I went back in history. I hope to have a day to explore the town at some point since we didn’t get to this time.
