"The room was in a very poor state of repair, electrical sockets hanging off the wall, windows held in with tape, paint peeling, thick clumps of hair on the towels, pillows ripped, lumpy and filthy, mould in the room, table broken and couldn't be used as the top fell off - clearly a long standing issue as there were screws randomly put into the top which fixed nothing. "The staff at the hotel were very very cooperative. We had a few hiccups initially , but it was taken care of immediately. A quick shout out to Daniel the asst Manager who went out of his way to resolve our issues . This was beyond our expectation. Thank you Daniel. We left feeling very happy and would definitely consider this hotel , if we visit next time. The hotel maintenance personnel , too were very Accommodating. Thanks again. Nick and Wilma Piccolo"
