Stayed for 3 nights and everything is wonderful. We arrived early and the staff was so nice to accommodate us for early check in. The only downside was I was charged with breakfast which I didn’t had, though it’s not their fault, coz the tour van arrived when I’m about to get food. I surely will recommend and will stay again.
Travelled to Vienna on business and chose this hotel based on proximity to WU Vienna and rail network. Hotel was always busy but not noisy. Rooms very clean and quiet. Aircon could be better but otherwise no complaints whatsoever.
Staff always helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.
Excellent location for exhibition as it is a few steps away only as well the Prater. Rooms are nice, bathroom could be better as well i missed to have iron board and international TV channels.

Great stay for one night
The front desk staff were excellent as well as the breakfast staff. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay
Bed and room very comfortable, albeit very warm and stuffy. Room and hotel very clean with a great atmosphere in lobby and dining area. Staff were friendly and the late check in and check out were very appreciated to accommodate awkward flight times. Would stay again.
Very nice room for such a relatively low price. Very good location, only a few minutes walk from the metro station. Very nice area - near the university campus and the Prater. Lovely lobby area and experience. Highly recommend.
So close to “messe prater” metro station. Staffs was polite.
Also room was heartwarming.

The hotel was close to old town and most of the tourist attractions, but far away from the train station. If you do your homework you can get to the train station very economically. Hotel staff were good but many parties trying to register at the same time without the appropriate number of staff. Very close to Prater Park.
Convenient location next to transit station. Friendly staff. Fitness room. Snacks and drinks for purchase in main lobby. Pillows left something to be desired and the bed was a bit firm. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.
I have stayed here several times. It is conveniently located just minutes away from the subway, from where you can freely move about the city. It's only 10 minutes into the city center.
Staff are friendly and eager to help. The hotel is nicely maintained and offers good in room wifi access. Public areas feel comfortable and the breakfast restaurant is very popular.
Why only 4 stars? The rooms are a bit on the small side with no drawers or cabinets to stow clothes. The hotel is also located right next to a university. If you sleep hot you'll want to keep a window open since A/C is disabled in all but the hottest of months. If that's the case, you'll need to endure the noise of passers by and the street directly beneath your window (depending on your room location.) There are also a couple of nearby clubs which play loud music. Did I say this hotel is located next to a University. With the windows closed the rooms are nice and quiet.
Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel, just be aware of the caveats.

Clean. Great location. Strange it supplied coffee maker and cream/sugar but no pods. Charged for coffee downstairs rather than complimentary though they were made from an auto coffee maker…
It's a unique location right near the colleges so your gonna see a lot of foot traffic. It's very close to the u which can get you back into downtown Vienna. The hotel can be quiet nosey in the rooms (ie- doors closing, people walking, babies crying, housekeeping). The breakfast is fantastic! But it can be intense with other guests at times so I would recommend going earlier in the morning. There is free water in the lobby, which is very helpful before a day of adventures!
I’ll start with the good: the staff at Spark by Hilton Vienna were extremely friendly and eager to help. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent, lots of options and everything was fresh and high quality.
Now for the downside, which unfortunately overshadowed everything else: the room was unbearably hot. For me and my wife, a good hotel needs three basic things: a comfortable bed, a clean room, and a clean bathroom. The cleanliness was perfect, but the comfort part was a complete miss. I discussed the heat issue with the staff several times, and they explained that the air conditioning doesn’t activate when outdoor temperatures drop below around 16–18°C. Still, that didn’t help me sleep. I barely slept for two of my three nights, and one night was so uncomfortable that I went down to the lobby multiple times, at 1 AM, 3 AM, and even 6 AM — just to cool off by stepping outside.
I asked repeatedly if a fan could be provided, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any in the hotel. I was honestly close to buying one myself just to make it through the night. The windows are locked for safety reasons, which I understand, but even window screen option would really help.
It’s a shame because the hotel itself is well kept, the staff are genuinely kind, and breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at this price point. But the main purpose of a hotel stay is to get good rest, and I couldn’t sleep at all. Because of that, I didn’t enjoy my stay or have the energy to enjoy
