Really nice and clean hotel. Location was amazing as well. Very close to restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. Was able to walk to the innere stadt in 15 min. Rooms were excellent and were large in size.

It was a perfect location with the subway station being just a block away. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious and quite the spread! I ate on a Sunday morning. The wine served in the lobby was light and delicious and everything felt safe.

Vayalen Hotel was fantastic. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was very good. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and well taken care of. Great service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend Vayalen Hotel and would gladly stay again.

The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great, no complaints really except for some crumbs and some hair so not perfectly clean. Everything worked well. The area was fine, but not really where you want to be (which made it more affordable). We only spent two nights here so not much else to say.

Hotel was good. Perfect little room for the night. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The only issue I had at all was if I turned off the overall lights it would cut the power to the outlets in the room. This could just be user error as I suspect it is!

A week that is both restful and enjoyable, after my arrival for a week. Hotel in the centre of Vienna, close to everything.... tram bus metro.. Even a supermarket and a delicious bakery! I highly recommend it !

The hotel was lovely and very close to the underground. The room was very warm when we arrived late at night and tried the air conditioning but it didn’t work using the remote control. Was told by reception that the A/C is not on during the winter months (end Mar/begin April - across Austria they said) and told to use thermostat on radiator but opened the windows instead which was fine but a bit of road/street noise outside. Enjoyed our stay though.
