Almost left stranded without a place to stay after numerous attempts to contact the property for instructions to get into the apartment upon arrival for check in. Any communication regarding issues with the apartment was met with no response from property management...ie clogged sink, fuse blown and left in the dark, poor wifi, no Netflix, and no washing machine as listed on their amenities. "Fantastic location, close to centre (cathedral) but in a quiet courtyard. Really stylishly decorated, well equipped with lots of nice touches, comfy bed and brilliantly clean. Comms and self check in were perfect. The bathroom door is just glass, of which only 50% is frosted, just FYI for other guests!"

I only stayed one night, and I fought with the front desk (over WhatsApp) for two days straight. I'm still fighting. For what? until the first day 4 pm, to get into the room; from 4 pm to 5 pm, to make sure the key worked; from 5 pm on, because the Wi-Fi didn't work, UNTIL NOW(it's been three weeks). I'm serious....
