"Mary at the front desk was very rude. We got there 30 minutes early from check in and spoke to someone on the phone that said that we could check in early without a fee when we arrived. Mary did not greet us. She was speaking to an off duty employee, they carried on their conversation for a few minutes without acknowledging us. Finally at a breaking point in their conversation I said hello I was needing to check in. She looked at me and just said “OK” she sounded confused so I said “okay Can I do that here? Or can I do it on my app?” And she replied “well yeah but I have to sign in so give me a second” in a very sarcastic tone. The off duty employee apologized to me and said they were switching shifts but it won’t take long. I thanked her for clarifying in a nice way instead of the way Mary spoke to me, and I believe she apologized because of the way Mary’s tone with me was. It was very unprofessional and made me and my spouse uncomfortable. The ice machine also didn’t work and we were not made aware of it so points off for that."

"Embassy suites is always our favorite place. Staff, environment and amenities are our reasons for choosing this. We were in room 156. FYI, the fan in the air conditioning squeals and the light and plugs on the side of the bed by the window doesn’t work."

"Loved the views and staff were friendly. Not much to do on property but activities within driving distance. Resort shuts down early. Gets very dark."

"Things were clean, simple, quiet and comfy. Like a comfy bed and a good shower...provided both at a nice saving compared to surrounding hotels. Popcorn was a nice touch."

"The property was clean and somewhat well maintained. A bit surprised that the staff couldn't give us a better room even after telling them that I have an elderly with us and has difficulty walking. They gave us a room at the 6th floor and one of their elevators wasn't working. We were told that the room was assigned when we booked online."

"After two stays, the room and property were very clean. The property has a parking garage which is important to us because of the hail storms. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"First off the staff was wonderful. Helpful and courteous. We had an issue with thenTV remote and the manager gave us a couple replacements that didn’t work. But then she spent her own time seeking out one that did work. 🙂 The pool was nice for the kids especially. But kind of dirty. Breakfast was good but packed! You need to get there early to avoid the crowds. The facility seemed as if it needs some updates. The carpeting on the 2nd floor was dirty and bunched up in areas. I didn’t check the other areas. The room was very small but it worked I appreciate the refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Overall, for the money it wasn’t bad. It would be better with a little bit of clean up and renovation. The location is great."
