Anything we needed was accomodated and communication was excellent throughout even before we arrived as this was for our parents 40th anniversary. Stunning location and accommodation. "We loved our stay in the hotel. The location is lovely and quiet but just a ten minute walk to the central area. The hotel is a beautiful elegant building and our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The en-suite bathroom was lovely and also very clean. Breakfast was very good in the lovely downstairs breakfast room with excellent service from the staff. Reception and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place in a very beautiful city. We will definitely stay...

"The rooms are basic but clean, with lots of towels in the room and good amenities. The restaurant is fantastic as well as the pool area. 25 min walk into bardolino and 15 minutes to the lake. If have accessibility issues this place might not be for you but great otherwise "
