"Hotel is very nice and staff is friendly. We did however experience issues with the room. Arriving late we found the room ready with a small gift and the jacuzzi turned on, so first impression was very good. When we went to bed we could not turn on the heating, and as it was late we decided not to call for a technician at midnight. It was a chilly night, but when we mentioned next morning, we learned that heating was managed centrally, and the issue was that they forgot to turn it on.. Next...

"Fantastic place to stay if you want a chilled and relax break. Very clean, staff were excellent and multi lingual, restaurant is great and very popular in the area. Location is ideal, pharmacy and supermarket within 5 min walk, Lake is 30 seconds away. Pool was lovely and room we stayed in had all your needs, was cleaned daily and had great A/C. Free parking on site. 10/10"
