All staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was great and clearly very new. Location is brilliant with a very handy bus stop to get to / from Verona airport right outside.

Breakfast to go options or onsite breakfast options. Staff on hand 24/7. My flight was delayed which meant I checked in 2am- was not an issue. 15 mins away from Arena. Rooms were modern and had all facilities required. Liked the designated ironing room too. And hair dryer was really good too

Room clean but very basic - had to ask for extra pillows which were provided no issue. No ability to make a coffee or no water available in rooms - have to purchase in reception. Biggest issue was getting there by car - you can only drive to it via a bus/taxi lane which took us several stressful attempts and a call to the hotel before we found it. Once we knew we could use taxi lane it was easy but the initial confusion was unnecessary. Service at mealtimes is a little lacking - eg second course would arrive but they didn’t take used dishes from the table so all became a bit cluttered and difficult. I cleared them and handed them to staff at the bar (just felt a bit odd) Generally staff polite though and had no issues - it’s a very new hotel and still finding its feet a bit

Moxy Verona is excellent location as right next to the Verona Porta Nouva station . Excellent point to stay and then travel to different part of italy for day trips by train . I will b back again . No frills hip chic and cool vibes with good music . Casual and relaxing
