The location is halfway between train station and the centre of Verona so it was perfect for us. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped, staff were friendly. We would recommend staying at Hotel Firenze.
The location was excellent and very convenient. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff during my stay, but overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I would consider staying here again.
This is an older hotel with dated furniture and bathroom fixtures, etc., but it is clean, spacious, good value, and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to and from the train station with our luggage. The arena, castelvechhio, Piazza Bra, etc. are all in easy walking distance. The street that the hotel is located on has many restaurants and cafes on the way to the main attractions.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and appointed well. The breakfast is exceptional with a variety of bread, meat, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea and juices.
Better than expected 4* hotel with large rooms and well-trained staff. I spent only one night but everything worked. The room was lovely (the bathroom exceptionally pleasant with three different lighting options, a bidet and a spacious shower 😊). Room was quiet although only about 5 doors down from the elevator. Staff always helpful. The American-Italian hybrid breakfast buffet was an unexpected delight. Oh and there’s a lovely little fruit shop two doors down which is absolutely worth checking out.
A perfect stay. A pleasant walk to the arena and old town, with several restaurants next to the hotel. A/C was excellent!

Staff were nice and breakfast was good. The hotel was tired and needed some upgrading. Electrics were very poor with a bedside light coming on and off all night and unable to switch it off
Hotel is in ideal location, just 10 mins walk to city centre/arena and 10 mins to train station in opposite direction, standard buffet breakfast with gluten-free options if you need, room was clean though still used an old fashioned key for entry though I think this is in the process of being upgraded to card system . Staff were friendly and are really helpful, would stay here again
The hotel was in a good location away from the chaos of the tourists areas. The room had an air condition unit with large plastic tub that stuck out the window. This allowed for bugs and dirt to come into the room. The air conditioner was also very loud and it was hard to sleep. Reception, was friendly.
Location, location, location! We loved everything about hotel Firenze! Lovely, quiet rooms on the canal with wonderful AC and beautiful views. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay in Venice.
this is a modern well situated hotel with very good facilities in terms of breakfast area and quality of the rooms. The rooms were very well decorated with some excellent electronic features which allowed opening and closing of blinds and selection of lighting. The bathroom was a good size an stylish.
The property was clean and the staff was helpful. The beds were hard and light came through the window. There was no way to cover the light through the sheer curtain. The wifi did not work well. It was easy to get to the City center.
Conveniently located near the rail station and short walk to the town of Verona. Breakfast had a variety of food and drink options. Would stay here again for sure especially if you’re lugging luggage around.
