「Fantastic family run hotel. We stayed for 11 nights in August 2024 and were delighted with our choice. The hotel is a 5mins walk from the lake-side, which makes it close to all amenities but also far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Breakfast & Lunch at the hotel were outstanding - but be aware, there is no evening menu (obviously there are very many restaurants nearby). Poolside is very clean and comfortable - plenty of sunbeds for all no matter what day or time. The only minor...

「All rooms have a lake view, either from a balcony or terrace. The rooms were very comfortable , peaceful and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality. The swimming pool was "refreshingly" cool and the surrounding gardens well maintained and great for relaxation.」

「Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Italia am Gardasee! Ein ganz großes Lob an Regina – so herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam sind wir wirklich noch nie empfangen worden. Wir haben sogar noch ein kostenloses upgrade bekommen! Sie hat sich immer Zeit genommen und hatte für alles ein offenes Ohr – einfach großartig! Das Hotel ist sauber, das Frühstück lecker und die Lage top. 」

「Ein tolles Hotel, die Zimmer waren super, alleine die Balkontüren waren etwas klapprig. Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung, für jeden etwas dabei. Leider kann man nicht draußen sitzen. Der Pool ist super und auch die Bar ist sehr nett zum sitzen. Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkgarage und der Durchgang von dort zu den Zimmern ist der einzige Minuspunkt und wird hoffentlich bald renoviert. Die Baustelle gegenüber nervt manchmal etwas, ist aber erträglich...

「Es war eine super Unterkunft, wie beschrieben. Parken ist prima organisiert, die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und die Wohnungen sind modern und praktisch. Lediglich die Dusche war undicht und hat immer zu einer Überschwemmungen geführt, es roch ein ganz klein wenig muffig und das Sofabett war sehr unbequem. Alles in allem aber nichts, was uns unseren Aufenthalt vermiest hätte. Eine prima Ferienwohnung mit nur wenig Verbesserungspotential. Wir würden wiederkommen.」

NIce elevator, very beautiful room with a nice balcony with lake view. Bathroom with everything that you need, very nice shower, exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable abd clean.
