This was a lovely spacious apartment close to all amenities. Staff were extremely helpful booking rides and suggesting restaurants to eat at. Beautiful view of the castle ruins & river.

The staff was so generously helpful, friendly and very kind. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed as far as kindness and generosity. Also, loved the hot tub and top floor bar. It was also a great location!!!

Great room. Great location. Hard to beat the view at sunset on the 5th floor bar area. The staff were incredible. They were the most attentive staff we encountered in forever. Francesca, Giana, Andrea, Alessandro, Raisa, Carly, and Sirius were particularly excellent.

Excellent hotel very accommodating staff. Cuter clean room. Rooms are small but it’s Europe. I asked for a clothes iron, they knocked on my door 2 minutes later with it. They are an excellent hotel in a great location. A1 5 stars. Front desk was great. I’ll be back 100%
