Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean room and halls. No smell, (only mention that as that what was called out in other reviews) Interestingly, we were asked not to use the exterior hillside exit from the second floor due to 2 large 600# bears being in the area. Would stay again.

Nice place to stay in the Vernon, Mcaffee area

Nice comfortable room. Nicely decorated and roomy. Large comfortable bathroom. No significant noise even though we were near the lobby. Easy parking. We were on the area for a family event and this was close to where we needed to be. Close to Great Gorge.

Room looked newly renovated -furniture & bed were new. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure good. Hotel was quiet. Only problem was that they shut down the elevator because of a loud banging noise it made when operating. We were on the 2nd floor and had a lot of luggage to carry when we checked out. The front desk staff person turned the elevator back on, we pushed a cart full of luggage into it, hit the down button & let the cart ride down by itself. The elevator worked & we pulled the cart out on the ground floor. Front desk person was very nice and helpful.

A really decent spot in the mountains if you are in the area for hiking, skiing or other recreation. Not fancy, but kind staff and clean.

Got there someone was destroying their room and police were called. I think this hotel is a shelter. I found a bedbug casing on the mattress. Was refunded immediately after I informed the receptionist and left. Not a place for children.

No frills hotel

Pretty entrance, but the hotel just felt dirty. The bathroom faucet was rusted and the floor was dirty. Breakfast was small and not exciting. Bed was comfortable and looked clean.

Quick easy check-in, friendly staff and front desk receptionist. Our room was very clean, bed mattress was very comfortable and smelled clean. The microwave and fridge was a good addition to the room. Continental breakfast was served until 10am. Very affordable price for the area.
