"This property is in a great location within walking distance of the famous Venice Beach. There are several great restaurants nearby as well. I recommend going to Great White for breakfast or dinner - we did both and enjoyed the meals. Walk over to Abbot Kinney Blvd for some excellent shopping and Craft Beer Bars as well. The Venice Canals are also a nice place to walk over to from this apartment location. The walk to the beach goes through a somewhat gritty part as there's usually homeless people sitting or lying on the sidewalks, so be prepared to see that if you stay here. Overall it was a great place to stay and walk around. Alex was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had."

"I was charged more than I should have been and was never sent a receipt for the transaction. Also, it would have been nice to have access to a broom as the beach sand got all over the floors. "

"Love Venice beach so wanted to be in this area a couple of days. Neighbourhood has gotten a little sketchier than it used to be but its an easy walk to the beach, just don't hang around after dark... The girls at the Lincoln were great, friendly and helpful and the rooms have been updated and were cute and spacious (we are a family of 4) and we had plenty of room which was great. "

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like i do, sorry to dissappoint. Overall: -i did enjoy my stay. Very satisfied with the place and suite i booked. I'm definitely coming back. The cons I wrote, didn't really bother me as much since i'm a night owl. That was why I'm still giving them a 5 star! 😁 Was also able to check-in early (room was ready) since my flight was in the morning. "
