They're private condo units and not well looked after, outdated, burned out, missing lights, older pillows and bedding, overall was so so but could use serious upgrades

The space has a awesome view of the airport and runway with hearing little to no noise from the planes or the street. The couch is very comfy and the jetted tub is perfect for relaxing. Could use more silverware and some oven mits but everything else is great. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond give them a ten out of ten Will stay again

Worst experience ever

Horrible experience, condo we stayed at had no view of waterfront as stated, no parking adjacent as stated. The linens were not new, nor were they at all matching (looked like a yard sale from grandma’s). The bathrooms had mold as well as used shampoo and soap. Vent fans and covers had dust all over. The walls had visible damage and holes. No instructions for cable or thermostat.

Terrible experience

Don’t waste your time and money, do not book with them . Unit was in horrible condition, not clean, mold , mattress and sheets smelled so bad, ants in the unit, not even close to the pictures that were posted on the website and forget about the water views. I booked two queen size bed and 1 sofa bed but I got two double beds with queen size headboard and two futons that I couldn’t open. It’s called luxury airport condo but nothing luxurious about it

Unacceptable Condos to be avoided

Unacceptable accommodation bearing no relation to photos on website. Illogical and unhelpful checkin, dangerous windows, poor fittings, far too small, completely overpriced, no instructions equals a very poor experience. Unacceptable for international travellers and 50% refund should be paid.

Close to hospital

Thought we had booked a 1 bedroom plus pull out couch but it was s 2 bedroom. Nice surprise. The condado was perfect for our 2 night stay while going to the Richmond Hospital. Being a conda gave us the luxury of buying and eating in the unit. Beds were firm but fine. Great views of the surrounding area. Getting in the building to get the key cards was somewhat of an issue. There is a roof top garden area and a hot tub and fitness room which is shared with the Executive Inn Hotel.

Prepare for a long walk everywhere!

It showed online more prestigious but very plain in person. A coffee machine would have been nice. HDMI cable plugged in would have been helpful. Let guests know that they need key first to get into parade. The hotel seemed hodgepodged together. Very disconnected,long walks to get around. Carver's restaurant was terrible food and service. Over priced for what you get. Beds were comfortable and hotel close to hospital which was primary source for visit.

Reading the reviews of this property and now actually staying in this property I think I understand why most of the reviews have an overall negative tone to them, but I think it's important to explain what this property is. What Vancouver Airport Condos are and are not: You are basically renting a private apartment in a mixed use building that has both hotel rooms in it and private apartments that were probably once rented out by the hotel chain. I've stayed in this property both in the hotel rooms and now in the private residences. The hotel rooms are in fairly decent shape and are in typical condition for a older hotel building in the Vancouver area. Not impressive, but not lacking. The private residences that the hotel no longer controls can vary greatly in condition since there is no one specific philosophy in control of each room. In our case, the condition was fair, there were some minor holes in walls, the appliances look like they have been there since the early 1980's and the interior looks like it has not been recently updated. What was really nice is that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and that is something you wouldn't get in the traditional hotel suite, you also get a nice kitchen area and a living room space. The downside is that you don't get the niceness/cleanliness of the traditional hotel room, and of course, no daily cleaning service. It's like crashing at a friends house where you really don't have control over the environment.

The walls were dirty, it looks like it was in the middle of a renovation. The bathtubs were dirty, and the bath mat was ripped. The view was ok and the place had a lot of sun coming in during the day but that only highlighted the green tape on the drapes, and patch work for holes etc. The lights weren’t plugged in, so we had to dig around in the dark to find the outlets.

The apartment had holes in the wall ! Sheets were filthy Lovely view but no care taken in making it appealing to the customer! Needless to say once we looked at the room and what we were being asked to pay we didn’t bother checking in! Staff told us room damage was done the night before yet no repairs or cleaning before they booked us i👎

Unfortunately this was not worth the price we paid. There wasn’t a full dinner service (4) nor enough cutlery. One of the beds was set on the floor. Another in a room with no windows. The bed in this room was not made up. The sprinklers came on at 6am every 2nd morning and were situated right outside one of the bedrooms. There were not enough towels and there was no dishcloth or t-towel for drying dishes. The bins were not able to be taken out to the garbage bin as there were no other bags to replace them.
