"We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. "We loved our stay at the Illasi Dream Rooms. The house is situated perfectly by the village center, and there is a huge free parking lot nearby. "Room qas very spacious, very clean. Directions to get into the property and room with codes were explained very well. Location is excellent with 10 min to train station and walking distance to all major tourist spots. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Verona."

"Great location and large comfortable room"
