The hotel is in a great location, right across the canal from the Guglie stop of the Alilaguna public water taxi. Just a short walk over the footbridge. We were an easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and about a 20 minute walk to Saint Mark Square.
The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only observation is that they weren’t that helpful recommending restaurants. Otherwise our stay was delightful. The breakfast, which was included, was top-notch. The hotel itself is grand and well worth it. I would definitely stay again.

We liked this Hotel down a laneway in a very busy part of Venice. We liked that the Hotel was close to the railway station. Good recommendations from the concierge.
