Chic apartment prepared to accommodate up to 4 people, which has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 full bathrooms with a shower and a spectacular terrace.

Its original distribution consists of a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining room.

The apartment has Heating, Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Utensils, Dishwasher, Iron, TV, Bedding, Towels, Hair dryer and WIFI.

The house is located in the neighborhood of Jesús, next to the AVE station, the metro station and the Mercado de Jesús.

Valencia holiday

Favourable impression overall, comfortable and well located apartment with good transport options. Kitchen would benefit from more mugs for drinks and roof terrace could be greener with the addition of some plants! We were pleased that there were 2 sets of keys as the check -in information stated there was only one set. All in all, a very positive experience. Thanks!

Nice property with a few issues

The property itself is quite nice, but we did have a few issues that were rectified for the most part. The bed in the second bedroom was a double bed. However, because of the size of the room, the closet was useless (the doors could not be fully opened, which meant that there was no place for luggage or clothing.) (Ideally, that bedroom should have 2 single beds for it to work properly for anyone.) Also the bed was broken but the problem was rectified when the host offered the use of a suite on the next floor up at no extra charge. The property is fairly close to the train station, but the area is a little sketchy, however we didn't have any issues with safety. Also, the first day we ran out of hot water after one shower but it seemed to be better afterward if we staggered the shower times. The supermarket was fairly close by, which was convenient. Also the area was quiet at night, which we appreciated.

Perfectly located with excellent communication from staff. Apartment is equipped with all the amenities and we enjoyed the terrace. Minutes from the metro stop and Sorolla made sight seeing a breeze.

Schöne Wohnung, zum Wohl fühlen mit einer schönen Dachterrasse.

Sehr geräumig gibt alles, was man braucht alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gut für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Valencia.
