「Our room was a decent size with balcony. Great shower & big bed!! Pool area was great, just what we needed to chill for a few days. Walkable to the Bouganvilla shopping centre with designer outlets, restaurants and pubs like the fabulous Cheeky Pup!! And a short drive from all the great beach restaurants like Maria’s, Julia’s, Izzy’s etc. Staff were all lovely and so helpful - many thanks!」

However, the hotel was located a bit of distance away from town.
Unless you have a car or likes to golf only, there was not really much to do around the hotel.
Great place for family or group gatherings.
Wouldn't recommend living there alone though.」
「Our stay at Kimpton Atlântico Algarve was incredible. Our room looked brand new and the garden view was stunning. The staff were very accommodating and the service was amazing. 「Great staff and the main pool was the main attraction. We were a group of 20 people staying in a mix of 2 bed apartments. All the rooms were good, clean and had everything you needed. We didnt need to fight for loungera in the morning but most people were quite quick to place towels.
Some of the pool area had tiles that could do we replacing and some of the bridges needed attention.
The Cool Bar by the pool was great for drinks, ice creams etc. The breakfast was always good, attentive staff....

Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet. Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings würden wir das nächstes Mal ohne Halbpension buchen. Es gibt Abends ein Menü, kein Buffet.
Das Essen ist in Ordnung, konnte uns final nicht recht überzeugen.」
「Very close to the train station and the bus terminal. About 2-3 minutes walk I n the same street, you will find many bars and cafes. Also walking distant to the old part of the town.
The hotel is clean, the service is basic but was a good stay.
Only the shower booth was super tiny (even for an Asian woman...) that you hardly can move, and the shower temperature and the pressure is not stable at all, it becomes very hot to a very cold water all the time. That was not pleasant at all.」
