「If you are going to San Gimignano for the first time, this is a must place to stay. The hosts greet you when you get there and are on site all day. They knew the town, the places to see and recommended all the right places. They certainly didn’t cause the transportation strike but they solved it for us. The apartment is walkable to dining and shopping. The street is steep and the nearby medievale hill town is steeper. While we loved walking up to the hill town everyday, we liked the variety of dining and shopping near the apartment.」
